The purpose of this Act is to provide for-
a. the safety of land transport;
b. the administration and regulation of land transport and the use of public streets; and

ROAD TRAFFIC (AMENDMENT) ACT 2017
The purpose of this Act is to-
a. amend and insert definitions;
b. provide for an additional member of the Board to be nominated by the Minister;
c. provide for traffic enforcement officers to seize vehicles in certain circumstances;

MOTOR CAR DEALERS ACT 1976
The purpose of this Act is to provide for the control of new and second-hand motor car sale businesses and for the licensing of motor car dealers, and related purposes.
